The final ferocious iteration of the form, the 675 LT was developed from the already ballistic 650S. The LT saw power rise from the original 640bhp up to 666bhp or 675PS. The car retains the McLaren developed MonoCell, a single-pressed Carbon Fibre Tub that weighs just 80kg and provides the car with the bulk of its rigidity. Despite the fact just 500 Coupes were made, the 675 has 33% new parts, and half of the 3.8Litre engine upgraded to find an extra 25bhp.

Inspired by the McLaren F1 GTR 'Longtail' the Limited Edition 675LT is 100kg lighter, more powerful and has 40% more downforce than the 650S below it. A stickler for facts and figures, McLaren managed to make the conrods 11% lighter, the spring rates 27% stiffer, the engine speed change rate 55% faster and even on the smaller scale, the front tyre grip was increased by 6%.

With a limited run of just 500 coupes built, combined with its reduced weight and increased agility, means McLaren created one of their greatest and most driver focused cars ever.
