Being passionate about Ferrari's, I decided one day to call DK and spoke to James Cottingham - James asked me the right questions and understood exactly what I was looking for (50's sports racing Ferrari). A few weeks later, James called me up to tell me that he had found the right car for me. And it was true ! My experience with DK was excellent (James and I went to have a look at the car, James negotiated the price for me, did some work on the car and delivered himself the car to Switzerland) - An excellent service right from the beginning to the end.

Just a quick note of thanks for the work completed on my car. It was a pleasant, if somewhat unusual experience to receive a call from a garage to tell me that my bill would be lower than expected !
Please extend my thanks to the technicians, to whoever cleaned the car, and to the ladies in reception who keep trying to ply me with drink (although I suspect it's only coffee).
I have never previously found parting with money such a pleasurable experience.
I will certainly be back but in the interim you should shortly be receiving a call from my brother who's similar car is due for it's annual service.

Your team's enthusiasm, technical knowledge and willingness to see a job through to a satisfactory conclusion is to be lauded, especially as they are so communicative on every aspect of the job.
