Ferrari Owners Club Concours 2009

DK, as ever, were happy to attend the annual Ferrari owners club Concours at Boughton House. We attended the event with a variety of cars. Chris Evans attended with his 250 SWB and his 288 GTO (both restored by DK this year). We also attended with our California Spyder (0829 GT), another 250 SWB and Sir Anthony Bamfords 250 PF Coupe as modified by DK. It was great to see some other cars attend the event including the 250 LM of Carlos Monteverde and the 250 SWB of Clive Beecham, both previously restored by DK. The 288 GTO of Chris Evans and DK’s California Spyder both received 2nd place prizes, a true testament to their condition considering both cars were driven up that morning (in the rain!) and had little attention paid to them prior to judging.
