Porsche 911 (991) 50th Anniversary Edition (2013)

The Porsche 911 991 50th Anniversary edition marks the grand milestone of 50 years since the legendary company launched its first rear-engined design. Fundamentally, the 991 50th Anniversary is based on a Carrera S and is rear wheel drive, but the body is wider and comes from a Carrera 4, giving the car a more aggressive look and a wider track. A mechanical limited slip differential is fitted as standard and Porsche Active Stability Management is also present. The engine is unchanged and is the wonderful 3.8 litre flat 6 that produces 394 bhp and has an impressive top speed of 186 mph. Fuchs inspired 20" alloy wheels are fitted exclusively to the 50th anniversary, as well as chrome highlights in the engine bay and on the rear engine cover and darkened headlight surrounds. Production is limited to 1963 units, meaning this model is already highly collectible.

This example, numbered 250, was delivered new to Porsche Centre Reading (Porsche GB) in October 2013 and is finished in the fantastic colour of Graphite Grey, which suits the car incredibly well. This 911 has covered 18,800 miles to date and in October 2015 had a full service at Porsche Reading, so the car is in excellent mechanical order and ready to be enjoyed straight away by its next custodian.
