McLaren 600LT (2019)

Launched at the start of 2019, the McLaren 600 LT immediately saw international praise. Whilst it would sit atop the entry-level Sports Series family, it would command the attention of everyone.

Based on the fantastically capable 570S, the 600 LT is stripped down, lighter, faster, more agile and more playful. Track-focused dynamics, driver engagement and exclusivity are all part of the Longtail treatment. Although it may be just 47mm longer, the revised all-around aerodynamics package affords the LT 100kg more downforce over 570S at 155mph.

Up to 100kg lighter – depending on options- the 600LT offers a considerable weight loss package. 30bhp up on the standard 570S, the 600LT will launch itself to 60mph in just 2.9 seconds with a top speed of 204 mph.

Several revisions to the suspension see the LT springs 13% stiffer at the front and 34% stiffer at the rear, retuned dampers and the anti-roll bars 50% stiffer at the front and 25% at the rear. The standard fit tyres are now Trofeo Rs and the re-routed exhaust vastly improves the soundtrack with the top-mounted tips behind the drivers head – much like a Porsche 918 Spyder.

This example has covered just 700 miles with its sole keeper. This MSO Clubsport example is finished in Elite Chicane Grey with 10-spoke ultra-lightweight wheels. It is equipped with a extensive list of well-chosen options, most notably the inclusion of the carbon fibre exterior upgrade packs 1 & 2 finished in bespoke MSO satin lacquer- including all lower aero upgrades, mirrors, side air intakes and complete exposed satin carbon fibre roof.

Inside the car receives the lightweight carbon fibre racing seats from the Senna and full carbon fibre interior inserts in satin carbon fibre. The interior theme sees a harmonious balance of carbon black and midnight blue Alcantara with blue stitching. The 12 o’clock steering wheel marker provides a vibrant dash of colour to the steering wheel.

MSO options include front fender Defined carbon fibre louvres, MSO Clubsport Pro package, MSO Bespoke Interior and MSO Satin lacquered carbon fibre.

This example also benefits from the McLaren 4 speaker audio system, air conditioning, cabin stowage and harnesses in addition to standard fit seat belts.
