Ferrari 458 Speciale (2014)

At its launch it was the fastest V8 supercar ever produced by Ferrari, the 458 Speciale really needs no introduction. The already spectacular 458 platform benefited from a huge host of alterations including increased power which equates to the most driver-focussed Ferrari V8 ever produced. The increased power means the 458's motor held a World Record for naturally aspirated output. The 458 Speciale's 605HP equates to 135hp/litre, an astonishing output. Perhaps not surprisingly, the 458 Speciale won the prestigious "2013 Supercar of the Year" award from Top Gear Magazine and 2014 Evo Magazine "Car of the Year".

Autocar Magazine formed the following conclusion on testing the awe-inspiring Speciale: "The mid-engined Ferrari supercar has reached a turning point, it strikes us - and there may never be a better one for purist thrill-seekers than the one you see here. Replaced by the '458M' or 488GTB, for want of the official name: a mid-life refresh that introduced a new turbocharged engine- The Speciale is very much the last naturally-aspirated mid-engined Ferrari. The car to mark it could hardly be more aptly named or purposefully constructed." Cut from the same cloth as the legendary Challenge Stradale and Scuderia, the Speciale is the last instalment in this hugely collectable line of naturally aspirated V8 thrilling V8 supercars.

This stunning example was delivered to its first private owner on the 15th April, 2014, specified in the elegant combination of Nero Daytona with an Oro Racing Livery. Inside the interior is finished in a Nero Hide with superb Oro contrast stitching throughout.

Additionally, the interior benefits from carbon fibre racing seats in Nero leather with Oro stitched Cavallinos in each headrest, carbon fibre drivers zone, carbon fibre dashboard insert, carbon fibre centre console insert, handy leather-wrapped fire extinguisher and Giallo rev counter. The exterior is specified with lightweight 5 spoke alloy wheels finished in Matte Oro, Oro brake callipers, front and rear parking sensors and rear parking camera and vehicle tracker.

In 2017, we sourced the car for its current owner. At the time, it had covered just 2,800 miles and today this 458 presents with just 5,500 Miles. Having been kept in our secure storage facility since 2017, the car has been used sparingly. Presented with its original book pack, tools, jack and tyre pump this example is UK Registered and ready to be used and enjoyed immediately by the next owner and is available for viewing at our showroom based just outside London.
