This remarkable two seat sports Bentley was rebuilt in the mid 1930’s by the famed McKenzie Garages of London, with a stylish two seat Corsica body.

Before the war, the car was extensively raced at Donington, Lewes and the RAC Rally by owner Lieutenant-Commander Christopher Tomkinson. Tomkinson would sadly not return from war and “TD8966” would pass to through a number of respected Bentley collectors over the next 60 years.

Over the last 5 years, the car was fully recommissioned with a 4.5 litre engine upgrade by William Medcalf and now represents a fine touring and competition vintage Bentley which finished in the top 10 of the all Bentley race at the 2023 Le Mans Classic.
