Whilst this year may have seen unprecedent weather and the subsequent cancellation of the Saturday, the Goodwood Festival of Speed (FoS) remains the go-to annual occasion in the UK encompassing the entirety of the automotive spectrum. An event unlike any other, FoS served up a healthy dose of petrol (& electric) performance cars, including multiple, multi-Le Mans winning cars, Edwardian racers to the most modern, record-breaking Rimac Nevera which set the new EV production specification hillclimb on Sunday afternoon.
DK were proud to have assisted with a healthy selection of cars on the Cartier Style et Luxe Concours lawn. Fresh from its time at the SupercarDriver Secret Meet, the Porsche Carrera GT Zagato joined the lawn ahead of its sale in a DK auction powered by Carhuna. Other models supplied by DK include the recently sold, unique RHD Bugatti EB110 SS, 1 of just 80 Lamborghini Diablo GT and a RHD 1965 Ferrari 275 GTB 6C that has since been listed for sale.
DK’s own Harvey Stanley took to the hill climb over the weekend, and despite experiencing quite the variation in weather, won his class in the ex- Jim Clark 1959 Tojeiro-Jaguar sports-prototype.
