DK Engineering Return to Monterey Car Week

August returns, and with it, Monterey Car Week. Members of the DK Engineering team arrived in California at the weekend and have already fully embraced the intoxicating energy of Monterey. They've welcomed guests to ‘Casa DK’, journeyed along the breathtaking Pacific Coast Highway from Carmel to Big Sur and paused along the way to shoot on location, against the incomparable Californian backdrop. A festival of sorts, Car Week consists of the finest Concours, receptions, auctions and track sessions anywhere in the world, set in the picturesque coastal region of Northern California and held over just 12 days.

This year, it is with great excitement that we unveil two recently completed and highly anticipated restoration projects, two Ferraris with from very different walks of life with wonderful histories. Firstly, one of just four Grigio Argento F50s, fresh from a total restoration totalling £490,000 and now available for aquisition. The second, a 340 America, will be displayed on the lawn at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance towards the end of the week. The two cars represent remarkable examples of DK Engineering’s award-winning restorative work. In addition, 1 of the 29 Porsche 959 Sports originally destined for the USA is within our care whilst in Monterey and as such, we advise that you keep a keen eye on our Instagram (@dkengineering).

Alongside James, Jordan and Luke; other members of the team are in attendance to support, capture and assist with everyday operations throughout the week. We’ll have experts on hand to host, prepare and present, as well as document and capture.
