DK Engineering at the 2026 Goodwood Revival

The DK Engineering team were once again out in force at this year’s Goodwood Revival, three days during which the Motor Circuit steps back in time through period dress, exhibitions, music and, of course, historic competition.

Over the course of the weekend, DK took part in four races: the Lavant Cup, Sussex Trophy, Stirling Moss Memorial Trophy and Settrington Cup, driving the Ferrari 500 TRC, Tojeiro-Jaguar, ‘Huffaker’ Jaguar E-type and J40 respectively.

We’re thrilled to have come home with a wreath and cigar this time around, with James Cottingham securing second place in the Lavant Cup after an enthralling, race-long battle with German touring car ace Frank Stippler in the Ferrari 250 MM. It was a thrilling 25 minute contest, with James soaking up the pressure from Stippler.

Close battles were had elsewhere, too, particularly in the Sussex Trophy, where fourth place was achieved by a margin of just 0.461 seconds behind the third-placed Lister Chevrolet. Meanwhile, DK Engineering’s next generation gave it their all in the Settrington Cup, presented by our partners Ralph Lauren, and we couldn’t be prouder! Congratulations are also in order to Lukas Halusa and André Lotterer for their victory in the RAC TT Celebration in "49 FXN", the Jaguar E-type Lightweight 'Low-Drag' once owned by our Co-Founder and Director, David Cottingham.
